If isPluginParameter is enabled on a button or combo, AAX will initialize to 0 no matter what the defaultValue is set to. Disabling isPluginParameter initializes to the proper value.
This only affects AAX. Other formats work properly.

@VirtualVirgin not sure about clock but after touch and pitch bend are controller messages so you can access them in on controller.

@Blake-Manternach you can probably do it with WebView. Keep in mind that this will be the topmost component and nothing will be rendered on top of it.

I don't think HISE has a native video playback feature for the UI.

@Christoph-Hart Question: its OK not to select a sample rate when building in Hise? , i ask because when i was building plug ins on cabbage audio ( C-sound) i encountered a problem when changing the sample rate on the DAW, my plug in start sound like chipmunks, so i fixed leaving empty the sample rate line in My build,
Its there a posibility that type of behavour happen with Hise? Just asking to be aware, thanx.

Yes, the debug build lacks a lot of optimisations, which makes it larger and should make it faster to build - I think the linking stage is almost completely skipped.

@Lindon I find deleting the build (not Builds!) folder usually fixes this. Then I'll get the proper timestamps on both Debug/HISE Debug.app and Release/HISE.app

Projects > standalone > Builds > MacOSX > builds (delete this folder)

Also, sometimes Xcode builds HISE and the app size is around 100KB so I assume it failed but when I double click the HISE app it opens properly. Very strange.
