It's fixed now. And while I was there, I also left a new method for all of your material design needs:

    https://docs.hise.audio/scripting/scripting-api/graphics/index.html#drawdropshadowfrompath

    Scaling nicely :)

    @ustk said in Scriptnode bugs:

Connecting a container parameter to another container parameter doesn't work (but the cable is created)

    Fixed.

container.chain is still not taking the bypass into account

    Fixed.

Also, node params lose their StepSize, SkewFactor, and Value properties

This is actually a "feature" where I remove redundant values if they are the default values to keep the XML as lean as possible, but I might have overdone it here.

    For these two:

Generally, duplicating chains or wrapping nodes into a new chain not only loses cable connections but makes a mess among the ones that subsist...

    and

Reopening a project shows strange connections in the edit parameter window.

a simple example (the best thing would be the exact state before the operation that creates the weird state) would be helpful as these are not so easy to reproduce.

@BWSounds HISE has no proper time stretching algorithm yet.
You can read in other posts, that they might be integrate something like rubberband one day
which does fit the licence of HISE.I had to queue projects using this, so you are not alone :)

@Natan I just checked and that click comes from the fact that the macro modulation is not sample accurate and never will be - it was never intended to be a "real" modulation system that replaces the actual modulators in HISE but just a quick and dirty way to add some movement to controls.

You can think of it this way: if the sound that you want to make could be achieved by you manually moving the control with the mouse, then the macro modulation is a good approach (eg. slow pad movements or randomized jitters). If you rely on your modulation to be exact and fast, use the inbuilt HISE modulators.

@orange Yes this was fixed. There was a timeout on the server call which would occasionally just not return anything if it timed out. Christoph fixed this a while back so you might be experiencing something different here.
