I would argue that you should leave this up to the user. Nothing is worse than a plugin that is overriding user presets that the user may have modified.

I ended up getting this working using the example in the docs. :D
I had a pre-existing ComboBox in the project that was interfering. :P

I swear it's the stupidest little things sometimes, but glad to be learning from my mistakes !

The aliasing will be more evident for higher frequencies or more harmonic content - if you use a saw, you'll see the "fold-back" of the harmonics into the audible spectrum.

I'd say forget about the low frequency noise, that's most likely some rounding error in the FFT (it's lurking around at -100dB so it's far from perceivable).

@clumsybear After changing the bundle identifier parameter, open Hise again, and check the preferences section, if Hise takes it or not ;) But you need to be careful while editing, it needs to be in reverse domain format: for example "com.AbcAudio.awesomefx" ;)

Slightly related query

ViewportList.set("items", ""); Doesn't behave as expected. It's like the component needs to be repainted/refreshed.
