@Christoph-Hart Yes, it would be nice if it was handled a little more gracefully than crash and burn 😀

Note that it only happens when you switch to Filter Display.

I can switch to Plotter, Audio Analyser, WavetableWaterfall, etc and it doesn't crash.

@ulrik yes - and me too - I'm begining to think it fails ONLY when you have no slider set to TempoSync in your project.

I have a separate script for this above the main interface script (slightly annoying as this then is what HISE opens to whenever I load the project as it cannot remember the currently open workspace for the XML) where i have a simple combobox for various setups.

It's very easy to switch between them as the script itself can be opened in the popup without having to switch workspaces.

@d-healey ..sigh -- a simple snippet seems to work fine...so its more complicated than that.. I will continue to investigate...

Okay, it's an issue with the Faust compilation. I need a clear structure for setting up Faust to compile alongside the plugin!

Searching for some solution, i still cant compile my pluygin, but i could compile it directly on Visual Studio 2022!

Its working... for some reason, the problem is on HISE compilation.

@griffinboy oops, yeah that happens when you haven't initialised the routing manager. It's fixed now (also my new meta-template wizardry didn't compile on macOS which should also be good now).

Ah yes, it was in fact not working in the compiled plugin - I somehow missed to call the connection call after compiling the plugin. Should be fixed now.

@Christoph-Hart By default it's true, which means it doesn't allow them. I'm currently rebuilding Rhapsody with it set to false, so for all future expansion it will be enabled.

@d-healey I just realized a pretty decent workaround is to assign relevant GUI parameters to CC messages, that way the end user can also right-click and bind/unbind whatever they want for automation AND if you stick to conventional CC (like assigning Attack to CC73), most workstations will label them automatically.

@Christoph-Hart I'm just launching the HISE Debug app.

From what I can tell, all snippets cause the crash. I have downloaded the assets.

When I run in Xcode and try to load a snippet:

I don't know anything about debugging with Xcode so not sure what is meaningful to you and what isn't.
