Not sure how it works, but I accidentally clicked "+" on LoopEnd and that fixed the problem! Looks like Sampler counts sample length differently or something.
My loop end point is exactly at the end of the sample so I shouldn't be able to increase LoopEnd position by clicking "+", but all samples have +1 "gap" at the end of the sample.
And if the loop region is in the middle of the sample, then "+1" or "-1" on LoopEnd or LoopStart fixes the problem.
Maybe this will be useful for someone :)
Another usually overlooked factor is payment processor with good anti-fraud protection. In most cases pirated plugins are bought with stolen credit cards. Once we switched to a payment processor with better anti-fraud, we see less pirated products (and less chargebacks).

Any chance you know how I could set this up so it plays one-shots when I press the corresponding notes, but still plays the sequence when I click the play button?
I use Sendy + SES and it's very cheap in comparison with Mailchimp and other services. Probably the cheapest option you can find.
It has some basic automation like autoresponders plus with a bit of scripting you can automatically move subscribers to different lists. For example if you want to move email from your regular list to the list of actual buyers.
@Christoph-Hart That was totally my fault again. It turned out to be the default envelope with a 5 ms attack 
. I literally spent a few days searching the forum and trying different solutions.
@dannytaurus Yeah, I keep exploring various snippets from forum, most of them use Scriptnode Synth and I'm confused why because it's kinda unusable because of transients, unless you use it for layering with samples.
So no one is making synths with Scriptnode?

@David-Healey That's exactly what I was using to test, just a container with filter node. Tried it now and same behavior, no dll.
Export Setup Wizard - blank steps.
When I enable export in compilerSettings.xml Export Setup Wizard disappear, but no dll after export.
So I installed the latest macOS Tahoe and the new Xcode, and decided to try a different route. I downloaded the develop branch from GitHub as recommended. It compiled smoothly, but it works exactly like the previous version. Nothing changed.
