@DanH when I click on "Export as Instrument (VSTi/AUi) plugin" I get an error Hise path is not set. I know I've to do this but I don't understand it how to do this.
point it at your instance of HISE - as Dave (who beat me to it) says..

@d-healey ok I've installed the xcpreety and did the other stuff and now I got this error: Compiling FX plugin 1 ...
Building targets in manual order is deprecated - check "Parallelize build for command-line builds" in the project editor, or set DISABLE_MANUAL_TARGET_ORDER_BUILD_WARNING in any of the targets in the current build to suppress this warningerror: Cycle inside a single target; building could produce unreliable results.
Build Carbon Resources build phases are no longer supported. Rez source files should be moved to the Copy Bundle Resources build phase. (in target '1 - AU' from project '1')

@treynterrio Might need to update xcode, or just clean the build folder.
-
@d-healey I'm using the newest version of xCode
-
@d-healey just cleaned the build folder but still the same error. I'm using a M1 MacBook Pro
-
@d-healey no chance I tried everything now found also a thread where someone had the same issue but nothing works still got the same error over and over again
-
@treynterrio I don't know what the solution is, I haven't seen that error. Possibly you need to use an older version of xcode - MacOS is fickle.
-
@d-healey I've downloaded a older version but then I get the error that the version is to old. I'll try it on my Intel Macbook or on my M2 Mac
-
From here you can find out which is the oldest version your OS supports - https://xcodereleases.com/
-
@Christoph-Hart do you have an idea? I've worked on my project for weeks and now I can't export it

Since you're on M1 processor and probably are using the Sonoma and Xcode v.15...., you need to use this develop build of Hise.
Christopher made a change in the develop branch so this error doesn't occur anymore,
