      @treynterrio In HISE preferences, set the path to your HISE source code folder.

          @Lindon @d-healey now I got this error in terminal: xcode-select: error: tool 'xcodebuild' requires Xcode, but active developer directory '/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools' is a command line tools instance

                  @d-healey ok I've installed the xcpreety and did the other stuff and now I got this error: Compiling FX plugin 1 ...
                  Building targets in manual order is deprecated - check "Parallelize build for command-line builds" in the project editor, or set DISABLE_MANUAL_TARGET_ORDER_BUILD_WARNING in any of the targets in the current build to suppress this warning

                  ❌ error: Cycle inside a single target; building could produce unreliable results.

                  Build Carbon Resources build phases are no longer supported.  Rez source files should be moved to the Copy Bundle Resources build phase. (in target '1 - AU' from project '1')

                    @treynterrio Might need to update xcode, or just clean the build folder.

                        @d-healey just cleaned the build folder but still the same error. I'm using a M1 MacBook Pro

                          @d-healey no chance I tried everything now found also a thread where someone had the same issue but nothing works still got the same error over and over again

                            @treynterrio I don't know what the solution is, I haven't seen that error. Possibly you need to use an older version of xcode - MacOS is fickle.

                              @d-healey I've downloaded a older version but then I get the error that the version is to old. I'll try it on my Intel Macbook or on my M2 Mac

                                      Since you're on M1 processor and probably are using the Sonoma and Xcode v.15...., you need to use this develop build of Hise.
                                      Christopher made a change in the develop branch so this error doesn't occur anymore,
