Airwindows?

Would it be possible to integrate airwindows plugins into hise?
https://github.com/airwindows/airwindows/blob/master/LICENSE

Interesting project. The license is also very permissive although I am not sure if I should build a wrapper around it because of moral implications - I don‘t want people to use HISE as shell around his work, make a more or less fancy GUI and sell it - actually I have no idea why he chose the MIT license instead of GPL for his work, since this is the only way to prevent this behaviour.
On the other hand if it‘s part of a bigger project with enough IP, having some of those effects (eg. the Chorus @hisefilo ) available might be a good thing.

hello !
what about the Roland Dimension-D Style Chorus C++ example here (middle/low of the page):
http://www.willpirkle.com/fx-book/project-gallery/some parts of the code use the Rackafx API but not far away from pure C++
by changing some values (the waveform and its phase, changing the crossmod output by parallel output it transform the DimD in the JUNO/JX Chrous ;)
.?

@staiff I had a quick glance at the source code but couldn't see a license.
-
Na, that RackAFX stuff is a whole other framework.
The beauty of the Airwindows plugins is that they are without any boilerplate and embedding them would be extremely easy.
Plus they sound really good.
-
@christoph-hart embedded them into hise
-
Don‘t understand the past tense but OK ;)
-
@christoph-hart sorry my phone sometimes goes crazy on me
-
Are you embedding the AirWindows Source Codes into HISE 2.0? @Christoph-Hart
-
No I expect to find time for it in 3-4 months.
-
@christoph-hart cool

@Christoph-Hart did you decide on integrating airwindows plugins into hise?
-
@clumsybear wondering as well

it would be a pretty big deal. even if someone decides to make a nice gui and wrap his plugins, maybe someone can come up with something new. I have no interest in making money off his work and I get what your concerns are, but airwindows in combination with HISE would be a unbelievable toolset.
