Monolith export is broken

@d-healey My experince on Windows, batch does not work but single does. On Mac, both work fine.

Confirmed - same here too... no monolith gets produced. Any chance of a quick fix @Christoph-Hart ??

Oops, that was a side effect of me fixing a bug when using expansion sample folders...

Fixed now.

@Christoph-Hart -- this build is just randomly crashing on me, just doing ui moves...

Batch monolith export is still not working here. Causes an instant crash.

Exporting a single monolith works, but (if I use the context menu option) even when a sample map is loaded into the sampler the dialog is wanting me to manually select a sample map.

Does anyone know if the issue has been resolved? I also have a problem with batch export to Monolith on Mac OS.
