I learned whats web view. And those are not made with html or css its made in blender(3d sofwtware) then i rendered the images and convert them to strips then used them. the backgorund is modified in a image editor to put the texts and things

I've made plugins in patcher but never made vst3 plugin now I can bring my patcher plugins to life
