@David-Healey the thing is my knob is controling 2 filters to sperate freq ranges, the cutoff of lowpass and highpass is controlled by 0 to 1 knob(parameter knob) i want that knob to showcase the freq numbers. I realised u guys are confused bcs i said filter knob.

It worked guys i figured it out. i changed the routing method(used smoothed_parameter node instead of using direct routing from the random value gen)
so Happy 😊👍

@ulrik sorry its definitely user error, something in my project preventing ANY nodes from compiling not just this one. mysterious smh lol. this works fine in an empty project.
