I figured it out, in case somebody else would use this. The file
..\hi_scripting\scripting\components\ScriptingContentOverlay.cpp
needs to be edited. The lines 572, 573 and 578 can be commented out or deleted.
Recompile. Now it works! :)

Are you using scriptnode in a ScriptFX when exporting?
Hello,
I'm having an issue where a scriptnode network is compiling fine (dll) but when exported (vst3) it crashes the DAW (Cubase). It's a custom delay effect. I can't figure out where the problem might be. If anyone has any idea in which direction to move to fix this it would be great. Thank You!

@Lunacy-Audio @ustk Yep, I'm also using this approach but only to encrypt the registration details file. This can be easily decrypted when the machine id generator code is found/cracked. But the interesting and creative part is that you can hide, let's say some kind of token in the license.dat. It can be a single character at a certain place in the serial, for example. Then at certain points, or based on user activity you do checks for that token (f.e. when a user moves a filter cutoff, you check if lfo is active && the plugin is running at least for 2 hours && token is not valid, then trigger a notification, mute the output, delete the license.dat or do whatever... The point is to make a couple of these checks that happen sparsely. Eventually, it'll be cracked, but hopefully, you can delay the crack long enough to convert a number of pirate users to legitimate ones...
I must mention I'm quite new to SN, but as I was messing around I came up with this partial solution, but have no clue how to do a proper envelope for the filter. As it stands, the filter cutoff is modulated via the Gain envelope...

@Christoph-Hart Terrible, how could you... ;)
Filter Cutoff modulation with Envelope is not working now, bipolar modulation works though
Are you using scriptnode in a ScriptFX when exporting?
@Christoph-Hart Thats awesome, thank you sir! :)

Hello, I'm having trouble exporting a vst3 plugin with the newest develop build. Issue with the languagemanager.h ? Anyone run into this before?
Thanks.
@dejans Ok, figured it out, basically using an xfader with switch setting is doing the trick.
Re: Scriptnode - Creating/Linking a button that bypasses a Node
Hi, I have a knob/parameter with range 0..1 that is connected to two soft bypass containers, I need to invert one of them, when the knob/parameter that controls the container is 1 I need the container bypass to be 0. Basically a on/off switch that turns on container 1 but turns off container 2 and vice versa. Any thoughts? Thanks.
@christoph-hart @d-healey Thanks for the clarification.
@d-healey The latest MASTER version works on PC with ipp and everything, loads the project just fine. Building on mac is giving me headache...
@d-healey I managed to build the develop version but when I loaded an older project with scriptnode it was a mess and nothing worked, mainly due to the bypassing in certain nodes, and some nodes were missing too... Going through it all and fixing it one by one would be quite time-consuming. That's why I'm just wondering if anybody built the master version on m1 successfully, it would save a lot of time.
Hi all,
Is it possible to build the master version of HISE on a MacBook pro - m1 ? Just to check if someone managed to do that before jumping in... Thanks!
