Macro Modulators...seem to be broken

So if I put an LFO in Macro1 like this:

Set the tempo to 1/8D or faster....

Then assign it to a gain knob on my interface (so I should get some consistent vibrato effect)....

The LFO seems to cycle once(ish - well about 3 times on my machine) and then it pauses, then cycles correctly...

It seems to do it for every note on and note off...
