Being a newbie, I found it easier to just make buttons in Inkscape.

RE: CC Swapper
@d-healey Ah.. thank you. It worked when I put a script processor after the swapper.
-
CC Swapper
I'm completely lost below. How do I get the result of the CC Swapper (changing CC 1 to CC 2 in this example) to the console and to the MIDI output? I have the HISE plugin setup to receive direct input from my controller, the signal is getting there, and then I record the output on an instrument track, but it's still CC1, not 2.

Thank You
I just wanted to take a beat to say 'Thank You' to all of the people here who've helped me. I'm starting to grasp this thing and although my coding skills are somewhat rudimentary, I've made some progress. I know some of my questions may have been annoying, I am not blind to that.
Anyway, my first two adventures are shown below. One of them is obviously just a stupid and fun way to waste time.

RE: EQ Type Linking Bug
@Oli-Ullmann Ok, I'll try that.
its not a bug ComboBox,etc. list always start at 1
That kind of goes against common convention doesn't it? Most list indexes start with 0.
One other question, how do you select the EQ bands via script?
Thanks,
-
EQ Type Linking Bug
There is a bug in EQ Type lnking. The indexing from the list starts at item 1, High Pass, and not 0. There is no way from that combo box to select the first item, Low Pass.
In my list I do have a 5th item "What" but selecting it causes a crash.

RE: Still Struggling with Multi-Outs
@d-healey One last question: Is it at all possible to have 16 mono outs instead of 8 stereo?
If I understand correctly, the plugin reports that to the host, if it's pin outs are mono or stereo.
Thanks, and again, I appreciate the help and I'll leave you alone now. :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:

RE: Still Struggling with Multi-Outs
@d-healey Oh yeah, I knew that, sorry for not being clear.
I meant when in some editors you can select a block of code and hit Ctrl + / or something to comment out the current selection.
-
RE: Still Struggling with Multi-Outs
@d-healey One other unrelated question. I use VS Code a lot for JS but here in this editor I don't see a way to comment out an entire block of code.
Pardon me for being lazy but I'm still seaching the manual for some things. Is that possible?
Btw, thanks for all of your help.

RE: Still Struggling with Multi-Outs
@d-healey I'm testing it in Studio One. I should probably test it in other DAWs like Reaper though.
Another question... since I multiple samplers for that intended purpose, is there a way to make one monolith of the samples across them all? How do I package the samples?
Thanks,
-
Still Struggling with Multi-Outs
If for example you're making a drum sampler, can you put all of the samples in one sampler and still be able to send them to individual outputs? If so, how is that accomplished?
In Kontakt, Mach 5, etc, you can assign individual pitches to different outputs. Is that possible here?
When I assign different samplers to different outputs, I still only get sound from the main output and nothing from the samplers assigned to other outputs.
I followed the MultiOuput example project but sill can only get sound from the main output.
Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Multiple Outputs from Sampler
@d-healey The problem for me is that video is 3 years old and some of the UI parts you're clicking don't exist anymore. Do I just add a routing matrix manually?

RE: Multiple Outputs from Sampler
Thanks. I'm still finding my way around the interface. What does this mean below? I'm looking for that button and can't find it.
"Click on the routing button and change the channel amount to the desired number. "
But I can see it's gonna take a little time for me to get up to speed.

Multiple Outputs from Sampler
Before I go any farther with my first HISE instrument, I need to know how to setup multiple outputs for it.
I have all of my drum samples being triggered by buttons. I'll get to the MIDI triggering and better graphics later, but for now I need to know how to direct groups of samples to different physical outputs. Searching the forum didn't really provide answers.

RE: On Note On
@d-healey Thanks. Learning new things.
I have opened that function and it still doesn't show what MIDI notes are coming in. I'll have to dig deeper.

On Note On
What am I missing here with this function? Nothing happens even though MIDI notes are coming in.
Is there something else I need to do? Thanks in advance.

One Shot
Hi guys,
I have a sampler with drum samples set to One Shot being triggered by buttons. The problem is that when the buttons are set to momentary, the samples don't fully play unless you keep holding the button down.
What setting or parameter can I use to avoid that, to trigger one shot samples from a momentary button?
Thanks in advance.
