Exportin a plugin with premade presets in HISE, from HISE.
I created a synth plugin and made a bunch of presets for it, then after exporting it and bringing it into my DAW all is great but no presets are there anymore. is there a way of doing this?

I must be an idiot... Snippet browser problem
I know how to open the snippet browser, load the snippets but how do I get them back into my project that is currently open? it shows the ability to copy them in to that current project but when I click to do so, nothing happens. It is the example showing the parametric eq with the separate draggable bands. Any help would be appreciated.

Unreal engine 5.4 and Hise
is there some way other than just animation in general that Unreal can be integrated into a project? I am using it for some motion graphic and interface animation etc but I was wondering if there were other ways to use these together.

@Christoph-Hart thank you. I was wondering about that. Also, is there some way other than just animation in general that Unreal can be integrated into a project? I am using it for some motion graphic and interface animation etc but I was wondering if there were other ways to use these together.

RE: I updated HISE but now it will not compile
@gryphonsegg ok I went back through everything and it works this time. I think I might have had a copy of the cone on another drive as well . Success in building this time. Now to test the compiling and exporting from Hise. Thank you for putting up with me again.

RE: I updated HISE but now it will not compile
ok I found projucer and that is fine but now that i have it pen and i have dragged and dropped the standalone file onto it, is there anything else i need to do before saving it and opening it in VS?

RE: I updated HISE but now it will not compile
I don't know what IPP is, all this worked for me before through a few different versions but it doesn't now. If I need to use IPP or not please tell me how. I downloaded the file, unzipped it to my F drive and went into the tools folder to the SDK folder and unzipped the file there. Then back to the projects folder and now I cannot even find the Jucer files that will open . As if I cannot use projucer. I even started over. Sorry, getting overwhelmed.

RE: I updated HISE but now it will not compile
exactly this :
Clone this repository. It also includes the (slightly modified) JUCE source code, so it might take a while. Extract the contents of tools/SDK/sdk.zip to tools/SDK. Your tools folder should now contain folders named ASIOSDK2.3 and VST3 SDK. Open the Projucer (there are compiled versions for every supported OS in the tools/projucer subdirectory) and load the HISE project (either projects/standalone/HISE Standalone.jucer or project/plugin/HISE.jucer) Click on "Save Project and open in IDE" to load the project in Visual Studio 2022. Hit compile and wait...
but it fails every time in VS 2022

I updated HISE but now it will not compile
I am not sure what to do. I updated and followed all procedures from the github and now it will not work saying I am missing dependencies and I do not know how to make it work. Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance.

RE: HISE licensing discussion with romplur discord group
@Christoph-Hart please dont think that I am doing this, I am asking because I was asked to ask you. Everyone on the Romplur forum is curious because they are considering jumping ship and there is a particular person bragging very publicly about releasing plugins using HISE without a license. Myself and others warned him and told him about your policy and he rudely responded about doing it illegally anyway because he didnt care and neither did his bills. I thought a little discussion from the creator and owner himself might protect your interests and save future headaches with folks trying to do this. I am sorry if I am bothering you or upsetting you, my point was to educate and stop potential illegal use of your product.

HISE licensing discussion with romplur discord group
I belong to the romplur discord group and I was wondering after a request was made to me to ask you guys of Dave Healey and Christopher Harris Hart would kindly join them at a scheduled time to go over what is involved and what the legalities are and what the consequences are of releasing a plug-in without following the rules of open source etc. there is a greater discussion happening and the folks would really like your direct input if possible?
