RE: How to Emulate Hardware or Software Instruments/FX in HISE
@orange Yess absolutely!! I’ve just saw your Fx plugin on YouTube and I was like...wooow all of this in Hise?!! You’re great in doing all these things! Concerning Hise, I think that in some few years this IDE will absolutely surpass JUCE. It’s way more intuitive (I started in November last year) and it helps you being more “creative “ in terms of creating your plugin.. because majority of the task, Hise is already doing it for you (Exporting, previewing ecc).
Tho there very little tutorials on this and can be a little bit frustrating. But if you’re determined by trial and error you can figure it out! Thanks also to @d-healey for your efforts on giving tutorials, it helps a lot!
What I think is that Hise would be perfect if it has an Web Audio Module, whereby you can create your plugin and make sure people can have a try on your website to have a feel.
But yeah , after all this.. Hise is the future! -

RE: Server returns status code 0
@d-healey Solved, the name of the product had some spaces in between. Since characters do have UTF8, I replace the space with '%20'. that's it.

RE: Calculator Project
@d-healey Thanks David.
So I realised that I'm trying to solve problems that are bigger than me. This project is bigger than me. I'm pausing it for now and and solve easier problems while getting more of the logical thinking. Once I get more experience on this, I'll come back with more knowledge and more confidence to solve.
Thanks a lot.

RE: Custom C++ Juce Integration
@Christoph-Hart
I'm just trying to incorporate the custom module as part of the default FX in Hise, However I'm still not finding what dsp module contains all of them (filter, chorus, delay, etc).Where are all of them placed?

RE: Custom C++ Juce Integration
Hello, my idea is to embed a custom juce module as normal FX (as part of the default hise FX modules) and also as part of the nodes inside scriptnode.
I am just wondering if this thread can adress this idea as well?

RE: Custom Dsp Nodes 101
@Sawer
Update.On windows everything works now. the vanilla project advice you said helped me spotting the issue. (thanks)
The Hise path I set on the settings, had a space typo, with that, creating compilation errors. Trying on mac now to see how can I fix the problem there.

RE: Custom Dsp Nodes 101
@Christoph-Hart Ok, thanks for replying . Should I do that in the new version? (3.6.0) . Can you possibly confirm for windows as well? (Windows crashes, and compilation errors) Coz have to re-build the new version again.
Thanks

RE: Custom Dsp Nodes 101
@ulrik Hello, unfortunately still did not work for me. Whenever I delete the file, as soon as I open the hise project again it comes back. Real bummer because now in the Timestretch version, my scriptnodes are not working due to a bug ahaha.

Hise-Feature Timestretch: Crashes when compiling Nodes as DLL on Windows
Hello everyone.
I get consistent crashes on windows when compiling my dsp networks as dll.
Reverted from Hise 3.6.0 because I could not even compile plugins on both architectures.
XML files from the dspnetwork are checked and they seem to be correct.
What am I doing wrong?

RE: Timestretching/Pitchshifting
@BWSounds Same here... Cpu spikes to 60% sometimes. Only tried on FL studio tho. Have not tried on mac yet.
