yeah that one took embarrassingly long to fix...
Thanks - now my usual technique at this point is to wait for Dave and everyone else to go download and build the latest version and tell me its all fixed - basic laziness really - @ulrik !! go get em!! :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:
I sure will

@Lindon @Christoph-Hart
on this topic, this is happening to the filter display:If you select HP, the display shows the LP curve and it switches to HP only when you press a note but it switches right back when you release the note. This shows up on the UI display as well. It's confusing to the user.
Is it something I fix change with a setting?
-
@CyberGen Are you using the latest develop branch?
-
@d-healey I'm using the one marked as "sorry guys" Mar 18. Which was the one that solved the bug that started this topic.
-
Just noticed, This problem is happening with all kinds of filters, not just the between the HP and LP, the display of the Q parameter is also affected.
-
@Lindon OMG I just realised that I've been struggling with the same issue. I thought I just didn't understand how EQs work, lol.

is this still happening for everyone? If so I think we can say this one ISNT fixed... and my balls are still in an uncomfortable state....
Interesting research in the late 1970s by IBM:
Number of lines of code changed in a bug fix vs probability of the fix being correct:
<5 lines -- 5% probability it is fixed
5-10 lines -- 20% probability it is fixed
10-20 lines --70% probability it is fixed
greater than 20 lines -- 90% probability it is fixed -
@Lindon bump- still stuck on a very old build until this is fixed.....
-
Yeah, this glitch is fixed now.
-
@Christoph-Hart great - Im on my way to the latest build......tomorrow

@Christoph-Hart Tested it, works perfectly here! :folded_hands_light_skin_tone:
