[feature request] Save Preset button action when no preset loaded

Some users are confused when they click the Save Preset button and nothing happens. I suggest making this button trigger the add preset action when no preset is currently loaded.

Maybe I could even do this...

@d-healey I think I agree, the way the preset browser buttons work has never felt quite right to me, but I've never pint pointed why. I changed the Save Preset text to 'Overwrite' as that's essentially what it's function is, but I think you expect to be able to save a new preset when clicking that button. It would also be incredibly useful to have that button available outside of the preset browser so users can save their preset in whichever window they're viewing in your plugin

IMO the 'Overwrite' labelling is a good idea, can be easily done and is explicit enough for users.

@DanH it would be useful indeed to have the possibility to add an external button. Even better, this button could check the state of the preset browser and either create a new preset by asking a name or ask the user if he wants to Overwrite the current preset or create a new one
(according to the doc, Engine.saveUserPreset() asks for a preset name only IF presetName is empty)
