Change in Pitch sliderpack aesthetic?
-
Hi all, after merging the newer commits I noticed the middle point for my arp's pitch sliderpack is different. Is this an LAF thing? I'd prefer to get it back to the old design with the 0 being the middle.

@Casey-Kolb Oh I need to check this it's definitely not intentional - but you can also always override the look and feel and skin the sliders like you want (
"drawLinearSlider"
also works on slider packs). -
@Christoph-Hart been meaning to mention this for a while!
-
@Christoph-Hart That's cool. So I can target individual sliderpacks in the UI with LAF?
-
@Casey-Kolb Sure, that's what local look and feels are for.
const var spLAF = Content.createLocalLookAndFeel(); spLaf.registerFunction("drawLinearSlider", function(g, obj) { }); const var sp = Content.getComponent("SliderPack1"); sp.setLocalLookAndFeel(spLAF);
-
Will the bipolar sliders be making a comback?
-
@d-healey I'm struggling to figure out how to draw the sliders in the sliderpack with a gradient. I'm probably missing something obvious.
-
@Casey-Kolb Using a gradient is a bit difficult because each slider is rendered on its own, but you can use
obj.id
to figure out the slider index and then interpolate between two colours:HiseSnippet 1114.3ocsV0uaaaCDmJIZX1acXcXO.D4elxhqicShaJBJpa7GstyI1nNMn.EEEzRTVbghzkhxopCEqOp6QXuAaGkrsjWcK1LVsAr08wui+3w6NpgJoKMJRpPVktLYJEY8s1iRD5fVADl.0qMx56rOmDooJblpyRlRhhndHKqserQgUocPoe9yGdFgSDtzbUHzURlKsOKjoy0Nr4uv37tDO5krvBdeTydtRQKIWFC7Ya6ZnoD2qISnWPLtskMx5q53wzR0HMQSiPV6blzKYTf7FQl+WwhXi4TiPczHHPYp6J4dFFazhZEv3dCWruiPPTFlmE1NKK7i1my7XK0mmM99TC3bDEyGVasJ81dE5UuH8pUfdqgRVEnzNYT511ibUro5bKF97M18DvgiOAR6EoRlunsNda6VRvCgtZH4ZZWEHrDgSiZ0pfge16zxkgTejFOinvi3LOpZHj6qie.dA7ITcKY3To.Db1sfO6tJZNwu.JWEExE8ktDdeo75GI75RobGCDvwpJ5Dlo3parvUyjBmc8Tja5yDThJaI1sB1egwIUvxw+5dk+sxkN3.bu1XVDVGPwh3vwPApzOUJJEW4RkKkRmTxXJohplP4b4MmlYPUvvXdL8TCBHr7zEGyLIooRNvdLk3FrLrfKwBeoRGK.a7DbhLFGPlQwZI7uxyU5QKPDLITFKzo.cX9Xl9mhvdIBRHysBNNhZ1SUmRTP5xTnaBiOUCqnIFY5WDJS+vdYz2s.8CYu0gWAqpXbOhBmuNlXx71Ce.tdCSxtzjpQlCPC.G28La1xkLNAwm7x5uBu+CvKEO7U3eF6TuZM7cRUNi.4mKjpPBm8NpWJ5RlP5C8wOi5lsbFnfo2aVtBkGl08iN+gydvsEGrXo3BolNP3jd1V98kw+SS99q0loLSI4bpZslMyWTeNfNYkNUvoawkNBMcq1Ia+o6jKNnwMqpufiRQOASOXJU7oF+fl2pX55myJX40o87+v7d97zIhAs22xtP9EkRcfhVlYndDMAY8R6FGU8IczWr+KF7zwMFM9DwL3gSdx98gGu2H3wYC5n8d28EypwNtk16RwfapwBtOHdVij9v2ASdyie99F4SRfeRFPu7vmteUD548ZaVj4zEXNralRUZlIQY0lNCl3mMxpjcaZz0Z4zTemO6.Fh+eXy817qGZ2LYovGHMug4oCVp3O98lAT1jf7qY9vUMQe7TTX9szKF5pWcnt4lr4Ff5iUljZlVJhX5jh2z8+1j9+sT711CYvLg0ywsVCGgymuDbb98i2xtiuOz3mSvcr69huLWFhdlLVyDSNmnULndv9h3vQvXLWJr5BAka5Os1xzIkIWaQyvHpvKU3ufOyMV2HaM2X8EFQgDWk70tY8elaf+5TM.mDou7QI3sf.Ybd6lcsp0PgvKC7ZWWy1+NPy85wb2M.yga.li1.LGuAXZrAXt2Ff4jOKFy6g8nXsLLqc.TLrS5fIKqNBBTYkVEh9a.UHzCRB

I still haven't been able to figure out a way to get the pitch sliders back to the previous look. Does anyone know a quick and dirty way to achieve this with LAF?
-
@Casey-Kolb can you not do it with drawLinearSlider?
