Data files not loading from expansion AdditionalSourceCode folder

@christoph-hart Looks like I must be doing something wrong in my project because there is no issue in the minimal example.

And as if by magic my main project is no longer showing the problem. I think it might be that I had it set to use encrypted expansions but while building I'm using file based. Or it could be something else, but it's working so I'm happy :)

@d-healey I thought switching expansion types might solve my issue as well but unfortunately not
