Limiter - NO Clipping

Where is the best place to put the limiter on the fx chain so I can achieve a fx plugin with no clipping? Or should I be looking elsewhere to accomplish this ...

like is it more of a coding thing I need to look into?

@Natan I have the same problem too, when I insert Limiter and set the Threshold to 0 db it still clips... Have you solved it?
