Simple gain width

@Christoph-Hart What happens (sonically) when the simple gain width is set past 100%?

So, what does it do ?

It's a stereo widener.
Looking at the source it seems to be using mid/side control to alter the perceived width.
Here's some info about mid/side decoding/encoding of stereo signals.

It amplifies the side signal (L-R). No pseudo stereo FX involved.
