The worlds most annoying bug

Finally caught the ghost in my computer on video
Does anyone have any idea how i'd even start diagnosing this? It's a completely blank project (just a sine generator and the print script), if I click any UI element, the next time I click the floatingTile it plays a random note alongside it (today it's 77)
It seems like it's an issue on my end, but it makes testing things incredibly annoying, and some things like Portamento impossible to test
I've tried all the usual suspects, unplugging MIDI devices, fresh install of HISE etc

@iamlamprey Strange indeed... Does it happen with an exported binary?

Yeah, with both plugins in Ableton and a standalone executable

I only have my main PC now (the second hand mac died pretty quick), I'll try and setup a macos VM later this week and test it, but it's such an intermittent problem, only rearing its annoying head every few days

This exact same issue has plagued me for a long time. i have made multiple posts about it

Yeah, I've had this happen to me really sporadically, when playing the keys, sometimes one note would hold until its tapped again. For me it happened most often when mashing some chords really fast.

I didn't realize this was affecting anyone other than me, nice to know i'm not going crazy

@iamlamprey nope AFAIK its been going on for a few years now
