WINDOWS: build 64-bit only option

Hey @Christoph-Hart - one more little request from me: would it be please possible to add a 64-bit only VST / AAX build option on Windows? I think 32-bit days are over pretty much and currently the only way to export both VST and AAX at the same time is to either build 32-bit as well or build VST first and then AAX manually.

@tomekslesicki Use a script to run your builds, it's much simpler once you have it set up. It can build any combo of plugins and package your installer.

I don't use that one any more but it should give you the idea. The one I use on Mac also does all the codesigning and notarization. I posted something about this on Patreon a few weeks ago, I'll be making an updated post soon.
