Routing Matrix Q

@DanH if I understand correctly what you want to do, you have to put a gain module at the end of your chain, set its channels to 3-4 and 'cut' the sound (= set it to -100dB)

@DanH Send container

@d-healey in an fx plug?

Ooooh when you said FX I thought you were referring to the module rather than the plugin. I'm not sure if send containers work in FX plugins.

@d-healey I'll try

@DanH my answer still stands . Take the screenshot you posted : the routing is correct, meaning your reverb goes to 3-4 and is being sent back to 1-2. But as is, the reverb is also being sent to 3-4 so just add the gain module to cut the 3-4 and all is left is you 1-2 with the reverb signal. Don't know about using send modules into FXs though, I never tried.
-
So as @Matt_SF says - try adding a gain into each channel pair(one in 3-4, and one in 1-2) and manipulate these to get the signal you want...its what I did for the DuoTone series - my multi-routing FX set.

@Lindon thanks. Does this mean the signal can ‘rejoin’ path 1+2 and be processed further?

Yes :)

@DanH You'll need to enable this option:
https://docs.hise.audio/working-with-hise/settings/project.html#enable-sound-generators-fx
But let me know if it doesn't work with Send Containers, might be possible that I have to enable those explicitly.

@Christoph-Hart thanks, will do :thumbs_up:
