PresetBrowser - OK Button not clickable

No idea what's going on with this one... the preset browser is the top-most element so there's no hidden element (I even moved the stuff under it to make sure), it just won't let me click OK.

I've noticed recently that the preset browser popups are transparent and difficult to click too (haven't had it be impossible to click though).

Yeah the clicking seems transparent too somehow, I just spam clicked to see if I could break it and:

It pulled the back window in front of the Add New window

Okay I understand what's going on:

In this video I'm spam-clicking and going from right to left, once I hit the Expansion column, it starts clicking on that panel behind instead of the top window

So somehow the Expansion Column is in front of the other windows
