draggable filter panel / tooltip

Hi, the draggable filter panel (EQ Panel) brings up the wrong values in the tooltip bar when hovering. It's out by a couple of dB and frequency too. Not a big deal but if anyone know's how to disable the tooltip for it that would be great!

@DanH Just to expand further on this, here's pic of the wrong values being displayed in the 'tooltip' bar...

@Christoph-Hart is this a known bug?

@DanH Same thing if you try to align a spectrum tile with the EQ
you have to make them of different sizes and align them "to the eye"
I don't know if the problems are related though...

@DanH The 12px offset that was used for node placement wasn't in the mouseMouve function for the tooltip:
