Is the pricing defined here https://hise.dev/#license, per user? Or per company?
We've got 4 developers, would we need to buy 4 licenses?

Also the licensee is not the developer that is using the HISE framework to create the product, but the company that sells and distributes the product.

Nope, it's one license per company, so you don't need 4 licenses.

This rule prevents freelancers who do third-party work for other commercial entities from sublicensing their license to all their clients, but this doesn't apply here.
