You can certainly copy modules to the clipboard in the right-click menu, but I don't see any way to paste them. Am I missing something?

How do you paste a module from the clipboard?

Equal power crossfade for loops
Hi!
Would it be possible to add equal-power crossfade option for loop xfading? I'm currently trying to loop a cello section sample, but linear results in a dip, while equal power seems to work alright (done in Reaper).
Cheers

RE: Velocity zone crossfade bug
Damn yeah, I should probably do that. I do have MinGW installed (can I use GCC or do I need VS?), but I'm really a beginner when it comes to coding stuff. I'll look into that when I have some spare time.
Cheers

RE: Velocity zone crossfade bug
I downloaded the 1.5.0 version which was marked as the latest on GitHub.
This was fixed in 1.5.1? That's only available as source code apparently?

Velocity zone crossfade bug
Trying to add velocity zone crossfades:

Thanks!

RE: Really difficult to see loop points in sample
In the end the positioning of the loop point is all about how it sounds, so I don't think the process can really be automated, but the visual cue would really help in quickly finding the most likely optimal positions to audition. Although maybe some advanced "snap to cycle" in addition to snap to zero crossing might be useful? Well, I guess I'll try using Reaper for picking the loop positions.

RE: Really difficult to see loop points in sample
Would you also consider some kind of visualization for crossfading the loop point? This is extremely important for matching the phase and minimizing comb filtering during the fade.

RE: Sample Editor: preview wave from cursor position (and loop if enabled)
So yeah, it would be just a function for quick preview and setting up the start/end/loop points in the sample editor, so the playback should be separate from any of the modulation/gain/effects of that sampler module - just raw playback of the sample, modified by the settings you set up in the sample editor itself (volume, pan, pitch, loop/xfade).
Oh, another thing: Mouse wheel horizontal zoom to the waveform would be very useful if these workflow conveniences are implemented.

RE: Sample Editor: preview wave from cursor position (and loop if enabled)
Ahh, I only wish that it would preview the raw sample from the cursor position. A couple things this would be useful for:
- (EDITED) Fast way to preview any position of the sample without having to play through the whole thing, which could be troublesome with long samples (e.g. was it this one sample that had that nasty resonance there near the end... etc.)
- Quickly find a good position to set the start point of the sample (a hotkey modifier would be desirable for this, for example ctrl+leftclick to set the sample start to cursor, and maybe ctrl+right click to set the end)
- Preview the smoothness, timbre and phase coherence of the loop point (with shift+leftclick to set loop start and shift+right click to set loop end point :))

Limiting mouse scroll to map editor when appropriate
When mousescrolling on a zoomed in mapping editor, the scroll messages are sent both to the parent container as well as the mapping window.
