After all struggling I've decided to switch to pure C++ VST3 programming.

@Chazrox but inside that folder you have DDC.vst3 folder, don't you? I have noticed that different programs unpack zip archives differently.

RE: HISE MIDI FXposted in Scripting
@David-Healey well, I did so. I don't understand why VST3 MIDI Out doesn't work, and VST2 works only with MIDI FX (but at least it works).

RE: HISE MIDI FXposted in Scripting
Well, it works when I compile it as VST2 MIDI FX. But doesn't work as any VST3 plugin and VST2 other than MIDI FX. I don't know what's wrong with HISE, VST or on my side. But that's really strange.

I've built HISE from your (@David-Healey) repo, all went fine, except some warnings. Are they critical or could be ignored?

@David-Healey @ulrik could you tell me, please, which version of HISE and VST3 SDK do you have?

I don’t have power right now, but will try tomorrow suggestion from this topic. If it helps, I’ll be shocked.

RE: HISE MIDI FXposted in Scripting
@David-Healey if it helps somehow, your plugin in the failed to scan section in REAPER

RE: HISE MIDI FXposted in Scripting
@David-Healey that's interesting that when I compiled MIDI FX and put it on the track, my MIDI data doesn't reach the synth. So, looks like it just cannot send it to out.

RE: HISE MIDI FXposted in Scripting
@David-Healey I put it in my VST3 folder, open REAPER, load it on the track, and then ReaSynth. Trying play with transpose on/off, but it doesn't change sound. At least with VST3i I have sound, with MIDI FX I don't have sound at all.

RE: HISE MIDI FXposted in Scripting
@David-Healey yes, I did. I put it in my VST3 folder, and it doesn't show in REAPER at all.

RE: HISE MIDI FXposted in Scripting
@David-Healey well, it doesn't work on my side at all. I don't see it in FX Browser at all. That's strange.
