@treynterrio Ah ok, I missed that. He's teaching you bad habits. Use constants instead of Magic Numbers.
If you type
Delay.the auto-complete will show you the constants that are available. (Delay here is the name of the variable that holds the reference to the Delay effect in your script)
Your code above looks like it should work. Post a snippet.

It should go from 1/1 to 1/64T I currently try to fix this

I use knob 2 for the delay time so I think it should be something like this?
Knob2.setRange(0, 63, 1);
