MacOS VST Export Error

Hey gang! Im getting a weird error trying to export my VST on Mac.

" Requested but did not find extension point with identifier Xcode.IDEFoundation.IDEResultKitSerializationConverter
xcodebuild: error: You cannot specify -jobs with less than 1 job. "

Its a Ventura VM with Xcode 14.2. Ive used the same setup before successfully but im setting up a new Virtual Machine and am getting this error now. I was able to compile Hise with no problem but cant export now. Anyone have any ideas about what the error means? It happens no matter what type I try to export.

I'm getting a similar issue with XCode 13.2.1, I was just about to post about it. I'm not using a VM, though, and I'm on Monterey. I can build HISE no problem, it's just that I can't get the VST3 to compile.
