      Hey guys!

      Pretty straightforward question, does the default filters in hise work as a per note/voice basis or a global basis. Basically, when two notes are played one after the other, I am looking for the filter to run for each note, so the first and second note will have their “own filter instance” if that makes sense. Is this what is defaulted in hise?

        It depends on whether they have a reason to be per voice. By default they are monophonic until you add a modulator that will change a parameter polyphonically (envelopes or voice start modulators), then they will operate on each voice.

          @Christoph-Hart

          Thanks! Yup, I’m using an adsr envelope for both volume and filter control, so that would be on a per voice basis, right?
