[bug] Couple of bugs with Engine.saveUserPreset

If no preset is currently loaded then this function doesn't do anything.

If the preset name is empty or you try to overwrite the currently loaded preset you will get a popup. Pressing cancel on this popup should prompt you to enter a name for the preset, but it doesn't do anything.

@Christoph-Hart I am just finishing up a product and the design relies on this exact functionality.

Is there any chance a fix for this will be upcoming or should I look at another mechanism for saving user presets?
