Expansion Loading Issue + Demo Project

Hey Gang,

Ive got a project Im trying to create expansions on but am having difficulty with the expansion loading. @DanH also helped me take a look at the project and couldnt quite figure it out.

What we did figure out is:

1. Everything works fine until you create a new expansion.

2. Samplemaps load until you create new expansion, then, they are no longer visible in the project at all.

3. Preset Folders are shared among all the expansion packs instead of just the specified expansion.

4. Background image loads fine for all expansions

5. Will not allow you to go back to the "Factory" presets once a new expansion is created.

Sometimes, it even does that crazy thing where it deletes all of your UI elements and you have to use @d-healey method of XML Validation to get it working again.

I have created a demo project that demonstrates the issue.

Could anybody help me spot where Im messing this up? Its starting to drive me crazy...
