How can I change the shape of the Xfade loop in Sample Editor? By default I have this very steep parabolic curve, which obviously is not what I need to create a smooth loop point transition.

@Giuseppe Hmm, that shouldn't be the default. Actually I've added this feature a few days ago. In order to change it, press the Loop Finder button in the toolbar and adjust the top left slider. This setting will be saved into each samplemap.

@Christoph-Hart Thanks! Btw, it seems like Hise ignores the fade. Sounds to me like the loop starts abruptly from point corresponding the minimum value of the Xfade (where it should start fading).

@Giuseppe If you go to Tools >> Record one second audio file, and then hold a key to playback a sample over the loop points it will render an audio file that you can open in a wave editor and see if the crossfade is being applied or not.
