can the LFO continually modulate?

Ok, so when the LFO tempo sync is off it starts over on every midi note(break), but when the tempo sync is on it plays continually. How do I get it to play continually when the tempo sync is off?

I look all over for the answer, but I don't really know what to type in the search bar.

Yes, still not changes.

Ok. It works but not with tempos slower that 1/1 bummer .
I been testing it out on 8/1 tempo
