Since when do sample maps have channels?
channels = mic positions * 2 (each mic position is stereo).

Ok... Thx! Somehow this never really came up so far... But it makes total sense now that I think of it! Because I never had the sampler set to multichannels... that's why... Sorry for the false alarm!

added zero-crossing mode
Tell me more... :)
-
If you click on the waveform to change the ranges (which range you want to change can be set with the P/S/L buttons), then this will search the next zero crossing in order to minimize clicks.

Scriptnode osc frequency doesn't behave properly above 40hz.
-
@d-healey how?

@Christoph-Hart said in New Layout Bugs (not feature requests):
@d-healey how?
After about 40hz the osc output slows down, then as you go further it speeds up, then slows down again. It's weird.
It might also be affected by the range limit I put on the frequency knob.I've made a video to demonstrate.

Lol, the snippet crashes too. Hold my beer, I'll fix this now.

Oh I get punished now for saving my work :p
-
I've committed a fix, it should now include the network in the snippet.

My waveforms on the ui are gone!?! I didn't change anything... They were just gone. No goodbyes, no letter.... Anyone else seeing this?

@UrsBollhalder
No slider there - as Christoph described above?The idea is to have a slider to blend between the waveform and the spectrogram (here it's about 50/50).
-
@UrsBollhalder oh I might have broken something while working on the sampler waveform.
-
@MikeB Well, yes. This is really nice! But what has it to do with my waveform element on the UI? I can see the waveform here no prob!
@Christoph-Hart Well. I am glad this happens to you as well! I just wanted to report it. My bad if I decide to switch to a branch that is under heavy scrutiny atm. I could have stayed with develop, but when I saw that spectrogram and new main layout, I just couldn't keep my shit together!
-
@UrsBollhalder Now that you mention it
-
@MikeB Happens to me all the time! Appreciate your spirit around here Mike! No worries!

alt+click to playback sample. Could this be changed to shift+click on Linux? It's common that alt+click on Linux is assigned to move the window.

Now you're fast!
...and hohoho... it's Christmas time again on macOS!

I've changed this in my fork. I originally set it so that on Linux it uses shift and Windows/Mac is uses alt. But then I thought I'd get confused when switching platforms. So in my version I'm going to allow either shift or alt on all platforms. I won't make a pull request because I think this is quite specific to me, maybe one day we'll have customisable shortcuts though :D
