Add Install Expansion to Preset Browser

As the title suggests I thought it would be a good idea to include the install expansion option in the 'more' menu in the preset browser.

@DanH yes and no, we should have a choice. otherwise you can simply create a button connected to the installation

I added a little plus button to my preset browser for that purpose.

@d-healey nice but my list runs the full length of the browser so the button would be on top of the list and look squiffy. I have a button in my project for this too, but I figured its a nice solution going forward that its part of the browser (if you want it!)

It's the same as it is for the other columns. It's using the standard preset browser buttons so the list stops before it reaches the buttons and scroll bars appear.
