Combo Box / FX / Routing Matrix Bug

trigger my reverb mix gain
What does trigger mean?
-
@d-healey Good question - When you select a different sample map by using the combo box, very often the sound gets sent to the reverb module even when the mix knob is at -100dB.
So perhaps it's resetting the Simple Gain in the send / return. I don't know. I don't see anything change in the modules when switching maps

Send me your project folder.
-
I'm not hearing or seeing anything unusual when I change sample map in your project. Could you share a video showing the problem?
-
@d-healey are you playing the samples (auditioning) when switching? Give them a good whack as you change maps (continuously)
-
@DanH Ok now I hear the issue when doing that. But what crazy fool changes sample map while playing :p
-
You can bypass the routing matrixes and it still happens.

Lol! Everyone I know?! This also happens in a different project when switching presets in the preset browser. Combine this with the clicks from the Shape FX and you get a huge click reverb when switching presets....
Shall I flag to @Christoph-Hart

Routing matrix isn't part of the problem, you can remove them and the issue is still there.
-
@d-healey Ah yes, I get you now - that hopefully narrows it down to the simple gain module then (hopefully!)
-
@DanH - no I think it narrows it down to "sample map changing isnt a real-time facility..."
-
@Lindon But it shouldn't cause a noise burst through muted FX.
