@Christoph-Hart Where do I need to search for .hr1? In source code or in exported samples ?
-
@Tania-Ghosh Source code
-
@d-healey it also works for them. ch1? it's useless but it's cool ^^
-
it also works for them. ch1?
Yeah, except the
1
refers to the channel, so if you have 3 mic positions then you'll havech1, ch2, and ch3
. -
@d-healey I was talking about completely changing the name ".ch1" to something like. ".xxx"
-
Yes if you want to mess up the multimic management and backport this change manually each time you update HISE, go for it.
-
@Christoph-Hart .ch1 c is very good finally ^^
-

Use a search and replace tool that works across multiple files. It won't be just
hr1
. It's more complicated than that. The file extension ishr
the1
is the archive number, so if you have splithr
archives they will all have a different number@yall said in Custom Sample & Archive Extension:

I know, but
ch1
is only for channel 1. You will need to make sure it works forch2
ch3
etc. -
@d-healey I would try out of curiosity but I will leave ch1. I do not use hr1 I did not manage to create the installer. for the extensions I will use the .hxi file and the sammle ch1 folder. and if I want to send extension updates I would just have to send a new hxi and a new sample
