                @Christoph-Hart Benefit is for users of HISE built plugins. If they want to retune all plugins in a session at once they can use a single master plugin to control all compatible sub-plugins.

                I can see a few use cases for this

                • Crazy people who want everything tuned to 432hz
                • Matching up virtual instruments with a not-quite in tune recording session.
                • Micro-tuning "ethnic" instruments.
                • Creating interesting effects for music and sound design

                    @orange Nope, it's just for sending a message to plugins saying "please change tune now". It's up to the plugin to change the tuning.
