      @LeeC It's not possible unless you write you own method I imagine
      Drag'n'drop is cool, but you can always simply record the output. So, cool yes, but not necessary...

      Can't help pressing F5 in the forum...

        @ustk such a shame. Would have been a nice quick user friendly way to get manipulated midi on to a Daw midi track.

        When you say "record" I take it you mean the usual way of routing midi output to the input of a new midi within a Daw?

          The MIDI player has the drag to DAW functionality, but the Arp's notes are just generated internally, so there's nothing to export.

            @Christoph-Hart thanks for clarifying.
            Is there any chance that it will ever be possible to export notes generated by the Arp?
            Or should I just forget about it now and rework 😉

            Cheers

              Sorry to be a pest @Christoph-Hart but how do use the midi player in HISE to drag midi into a DAW?
              You mentioned using a floating tile in another post but it's not obvious to me how to implement it.

              Apologies if I'm missing anything obvious.

                So is it actually possible to drag and export midi out of the midi player into a DAW at this point in time?

                Please chime in if anybody knows. I just need to know that it can be done before I spend any more time attempting.

                Thanks in advance 😃

                  @LeeC I'm not sure asking the same question 6 times in 18h will give you greater chances to have an answer ;)

                          @Christoph-Hart said in Midi FX Export Arp Pattern - Drag n Drop:

                          Can you give a brief explanation of how this is done? I'm not worried about the arp notes but the MIDI Player drag to DAW... How can one implement this?
