@ustk Thanks mate ..."super organ" ! ;)
-
got another report of the inverted midi learn of the drawbars .
Wonder if we should at some point fix bugs and do an update ?What do you guys think ? Or just leave it ?
-
@lalalandsynth hi mate. really busy on other project right now, but feel free to commit the fix if you want :)
-
I will have a look.
-
@lalalandsynth I remember we talked about that and the solution is (might be) to invert the drawbar filmstrip order and the value in the CBs.
But I'm afraid the consequence will be an inverted mouse reaction, which means the drawbars have to be drawn in a panel instead of using sliders in order to compensate for that too...When you think about it, it's normal to invert everything, since mouse up should reduce the gain...
-
@ustk indeed , I will have a quick look and see if i can do this :)
BTW : 547 Downloads so far :)

@lalalandsynth @d-healey @hisefilo Hey buddies
I got a user having an issue today, here's what he wrote:"i haven an error in a white popup withe audiodriver installation error"
In the waiting for more information... Does it sound familiar to somebody?
-
@ustk Tell him to install ASIO4ALL
-
@d-healey I'll do... I remember reading about that in the forum, but is it a general case on windows for all plugins or specific to Hise?
Because if one's audio system works already with other plugins, it's not logical one has to change the setup because of a Hise issued product… -
@ustk It's to do with the order that the drivers appear in the list, I think... @Christoph-Hart
-
@ustk I can remember some complain about this from my users. Couldn't find a solution yet
-
@lalalandsynth yes! I guess filmstrip thing will do the trick

you can see in the comments that some people find it noisy.

Another review, comments also say its noisy , scratchy and a cpu hog , which is surprising. -
@lalalandsynth I'm not surprised about the CPU :)
-
It does not take much Cpu on my computer ?
2% but maybe that is a lot , hehe :) -
@lalalandsynth It uses 2.5% - 3.5% for me. By comparison if I load a sampled organ it uses 0.10%. So I'd say CollaB3 is a CPU hog, and it must be a lot worse on older hardware and laptops.
-
Yep, I guess we cant do much about that , but we should maybe think about fixing the noise ?
Or not, maybe that is just the way it is :)
-
I assume the CPU hog is the leslie (because it doesn‘t change with the voices).
Have you tried compiling the leslie into a C++ node?
