showValuePopup in DraggableFilterPanel

It would be pretty cool if the showValuePopup readouts could show up when you click and drag on each band of the filter panel floating tile (I don't think there is a way to do this already?)

@Christoph-Hart Do you think this would be easy enough to add? Maybe for HISE 3?
This is the kind of thing I mean... but maybe Frequency, Q, Gain, and band type?

i think it can be achieved with paint routines and script panels. You would also have to script the rest of the EQ UI since you can't customize the draggable filter panel to that extent yet.

@clumsybear Sounds a bit out of my league at the moment. I'm hoping this can be added soon though!
