HISE installer on github not compatible with Catalina

A student reported an issue to me that they were unable to use the prebuilt HISE build from github on Catalina. I just spun up a Catalina VM to test and can confirm that it doesn't work.

We should check whether this also applies to plug-ins that have been compiled with a current version of MacOS.

I just compiled the develop branch on Catalina and got the same error...

Think I've solved it.

@Christoph-Hart This is set to 11 in develop. I've changed in to 10.7 and now it's running on Catalina.
