Value popup styling?

Hi, I'm using value popups for my sliders and the client would like to change the style - possible?

You can use a label that shows your value with Engine.doubleToString in a scriptpanel slider mouseCallback (event.clicked)

Then on mouse release, you set the text of the label to ""
But that means you need to use a scriptpanel as a slider
I can't find a way to do it with a simple slider because there's no release detection afaik
