Vst3 Plugins don't show up

I installed my hise plugin, when I check in logic pro X it shows up in the plugin manager normally, but when I look in audio fx it doesn't show up. I looked in all the plugin categories and didn't find it. Did I do something wrong?

@Taihongcraft Even if you compile your own plugin on the same computer, Logic will not open that plugin without notarizing it.

@orange that’s strange- I’m able to open my plugins in logic and I haven’t notarized them yet

I am having similar problem in mac OSX. AU plugins showing but VST3 for Mac not showing up.
