Scriptnode Syntheise - File Player Single Sample
-
Hey there,
In scriptnode Syntheiser. If I do something like this
The poly notes from the midi controller pass through to the FM just fine, you can play chords...
how ever when adding the file player, I can get the sample map to trigger poly and play different pitches, But for the single sample (like the Audio loop Player) i does not change the pitch. I have tried what I can think of.
So my question is - Is the Single Sample in the file player meant to only be the one pitch Always? or is there a way to add poly to that option with nodes?
Thanks all
Will
This does not work

@WaterSpoon remove the connection to the root note parameter.

@Christoph-Hart Thank you sir for your response. I have also tried this ,, (below) (Using newest commit release with faust) this also was my experience several commits back. but the sample is always triggered as the loaded pitch.

@WaterSpoon I can't make it work here. The RootFrequency knob doesn't appear to do anything.
