Table cables not working when hardcoded

Table cables work great in scriptnode, but stop working when compiled to hardcoded fx.
Here's a minimal snippet - you'll need to compile the network and load it as a hardcoded fx, of course :-)

@tomekslesicki Ah good catch, this slipped in when I was refactoring some of the complex data code (in particular the filter coefficient management across DLL boundaries). Should be fixed now.
